Welcome to the Southdown Sheep Society website.

The Southdown sheep breed should be your first stop when looking for top performing mutton breeds and terminal sires to use with commercial flocks.

While our website will always be a work in progress we hope to add more and more information to support our members, our commercial partners, and the livestock farming industry in general. So have a look around our website, contact any of the Council or Breeders for more information, or if you have questions, we will only be to pleased to help.
